I’m Chris. A mentor on demand for revenue leaders.
Every day I sit with CEOs and have the conversations that help them navigate broken revenue. Some call when they are stuck. Some bring me in to train the team. Some want me alongside them for a while. I fix it with the people you have, or I find the right ones and bring them in.
Real conversations, not decks. You can call me. You can put time on my calendar. I will train your team. I will walk you through your revenue. I will come in and work alongside you for a while if that is what the problem needs.
I fix broken revenue with the team you already have. When the right people are not in the seats, I find them and bring them in. That is the whole job. I am not the consultant who shows up and never leaves. The point is to teach your team to do this without me, so the next time the market shifts they move through it on their own.
Pattern recognition. One company at a time.
Every broken revenue engine rhymes with one I have seen before. That is the pattern, and it is most of why I move fast. But the answer is never a template. It is specific to you, and it starts with your most profitable customer.
Who they are and where they are. What actually motivates them. The real value you bring them, and how you say it so they hear it. How you automate the work so they get the most value for the least friction. How you keep the relationship so they keep choosing you. Get those right and the revenue follows.
Most leaders move through this faster than they expect once they can see the process. That is the part I love. Not doing it for you. Watching the moment it clicks and you start to see it yourself.
NetSuite. From $30M to over $1B in revenue.
I spent over a decade at NetSuite as one of the key global leaders through its growth from $30M to over $1B in revenue, including its IPO and the Oracle acquisition. I built and ran multiple verticals and led teams across North America, Asia, and Australia through that growth.
That arc, mid-market through enterprise, US through APAC, founder-led through public company through strategic exit, is where I learned the mechanics of GTM at scale. Every engagement I take today draws on it.
ImportGenius. President.
As President of ImportGenius, I led an 18-month B2C-to-B2B transformation. Rebuilt the GTM motion. Realigned the leadership team around one revenue plan. Delivered the largest revenue quarter in the company’s history. This is the scale and the kind of work most engagements look like today.
OnDemand Leaders + the HELP Operating System.
Today I run OnDemand Leaders with my wife Elisha. Three engagement models: embedded as a fractional CRO or President when the work needs full-time presence, part-time alongside your executive team when the right people are in seat, or one-on-one mentorship for a single leader. The mentorship is also where I teach the skills around the number, including public speaking and executive presence, a craft I have practiced on stages across North America, Asia, Australia, and New Zealand for over twenty years.
I also co-authored the HELP Operating System. Hear, Evidence, Learn, Proceed. The four-step practice I use for every meeting, every coaching session, every turnaround call. It’s also the methodology delivered in the bootcamp training products. Read more about HELP.
Greater Toronto Area. Thirty instruments.
I’m based in the Greater Toronto Area. I play more than thirty instruments and perform weekly when I’m in town. That’s relevant because it tells you something about how I learn. Fast, curious, pattern-driven, allergic to “you can’t.”

I’m usually with a client. LinkedIn reaches me fastest.
My days are mostly in the room with the teams I work with. A message on LinkedIn gets to me faster than anything else, and I answer there between meetings. Send me a note and tell me what is going on.
